The goal isn't to change your lips. It's to enhance what's already there.
Lip blush can feel uncomfortable, but most clients find the treatment very manageable. A topical numbing cream is applied before and throughout the procedure to maximise comfort. Sensitivity varies from person to person, and some areas of the lips may feel more sensitive than others.
Lip blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo. Results typically last around 2–3 years, gradually fading over time. Longevity varies depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare routine, colour choice and individual healing. A colour refresh may be recommended once the pigment has significantly faded.
Most people are suitable for lip blush, but suitability depends on your individual circumstances. Certain conditions, medications, active cold sores, infections, pregnancy/breastfeeding, recent lip procedures and some medical or skin conditions may require postponing or avoiding the treatment. A consultation and medical history assessment are completed before treatment to determine whether lip blush is appropriate for you.
We can assess previous work to determine whether it is suitable for correction. Touch-up pricing only applies to work completed by our studio artists. Corrections of work performed elsewhere are charged at the full treatment price. Because existing pigment can affect the final result, results cannot be guaranteed.
If existing pigment is too dark, saturated or has changed colour, removal or lightening may be recommended before a new lip blush session. This creates a cleaner canvas and gives us a better chance of achieving the desired colour and shape. A consultation is required before determining the best approach.
Yes, I do. Lip Neutralization is most often completed over two sessions: the first at full price, with the second charged as a touch-up. Every case is different, and how many sessions you need depends on how your individual skin heals.
Yes. Corrective and cover-up work can be considered depending on the existing pigment, colour, shape and condition of the lips. These cases generally require multiple sessions rather than being achievable in one appointment. Additional sessions or touch-ups are charged accordingly, and the final result depends on how the existing pigment responds during the correction process.
